Service Description

These follow-up sessions provide ongoing SEND support for families after your free consultation, helping you move forward with clarity, confidence and practical next steps. As your SEND family support advisor, Heather will work with you to: Review what has changed since your initial consultation Explore what has worked well and where challenges remain Develop a deeper understanding of your child’s needs Discuss your child’s experiences at home and at school We will also look at: Current SEND support in school Any assessments, interventions or plans in place How these are affecting your child’s wellbeing, development and emotional regulation This session offers SEND parent support in a calm, non-judgemental space where you can ask questions, reflect and feel heard. You’ll receive: Tailored SEND guidance specific to your child and family Practical advice you can use day-to-day Signposting to relevant UK SEND services and community support Advocacy support to help with communication and next steps This ongoing SEND family support is designed to create a positive, realistic pathway forward for neurodivergent children, including those with autism and ADHD — while ensuring parents feel informed, empowered and supported throughout the journey. Support is personalised, neurodiversity-affirming and focused on what genuinely helps your family.
