Service Description
This coaching and mentoring package offers ongoing SEND parent support for families who want practical guidance, advocacy and reassurance — both at home and in school. Across three mentoring sessions, Heather works closely with you to understand your child’s needs, strengths and challenges. Drawing on her experience as a primary school teacher and SEND specialist, she helps you make sense of school systems and communicate confidently with professionals. This support focuses on: Understanding school-based challenges from both a family and school perspective Reflecting on home routines, sibling relationships and wider family dynamics Developing practical strategies that reduce stress and support emotional regulation You’ll also receive: SEND advocacy support grounded in SEND law and guidance Help navigating school processes and next steps Evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming parenting strategies Signposting to appropriate UK SEND services and local support This SEND coaching and mentoring support helps parents of neurodivergent children — including those with autism and ADHD — feel more confident, informed and supported. All sessions are personalised, practical and focused on what genuinely helps your family move forward with clarity and confidence.
